ORGANIZATION
Loucas runs Delta Plumbing outside of London, England. His Citreon Berlingo is a smaller van set up with most tools and parts accessible from outside.
This is a simple build with things that work - if Loucas decided he wanted a commercial upfit, he'd have a pretty good idea of ideas to incorporate from this build.

False Floor Storage
A simple, thick raised plywood floor creates a low, out-of-the-way, and easy access storage space for a short step ladder. Another cubby under the floor holds a long, inexpensive storage bin. This is an easy way to get floor drawers without spending hundreds of dollars on "real" floor drawers or doing a lot of time-consuming carpentry.
Shelf Top
The driver side of the van has a steel Van Guard shelf that holds supplies and materials. Tape measures, a caulk gun, and drills hang off the shelves for easy access.

Passenger Top
A Van Vault tool box takes up the passenger side of the van. Loucas mounted some short sections of pipe vertically at the back of the box near the doors to easily store and access taller tools like pipe wrenches.
An inverter and battery charger are located here to keep his drills ready to go.
Tool Bag and Organizer Storage
Loucas keeps his tools bags and organizers in between the shelves and the Van Vault tool box. He carries quite a few materials, short lengths of pipe, and coils of tubing, but it all packs in to the van in a block by block fashion.
Long Pipe Storage
Most small plumbing and HVAC vans need a roof rack for ladder or material storage and this one is no exception:
Two Van Guard pipe carriers mounted on the roof rack hold lengths of pipe. The van is short enough that the rack is easy to reach from the ground.
Cheap Skins
The bulkhead, walls, and rear windows are skinned out with thin plywood. This is inexpensive and an easy way to keep from denting the sides of your van from the inside.
