To Much Reconfig?
They use metal shelves and plastic bins to hold parts and tools on the sides and front of the cargo area. The bins are bright orange and this makes it easy to see what's inside.
It's easy to move the bins around to change the organization. This has pros and cons.
If you're an employee, moveable bins mean you can put stuff where you want when you want.
If you're a business owner, this might make less sense. Some business owners have figured out a "most-efficient" setup. This usually involves certain tools at the door, job kits, and so on, that employees might not care about or appreciate.
Additionally, if employees need to trade trucks or work out of each other's trucks, having everyone use the same setup is probably better for efficiency, if the setup is actually efficient.

The typical Transit van that is becoming so common is a little on the dark side compared to a translucent-roofed truck like this one. This truck has interior lights, but it's still easy to see, even when it's overcast/raining.
