Be faster.
If you have a particular jobs or work on a particular thing over and over again, build a toolbag for that job or thing.
For instance, if you're a plumber, build a toilet kit with flanges, rings, wrenches, valves, and rebuild parts. When a customer says they have a toilet problem, grab the toilet kit and go to work.
Save time by:
- Reducing or eliminating the number of trips to your truck.
- Not needing to tool-up or grab parts at the start of the job.
What happens if you saved 10 minutes of every job you did in a day? 20 minutes? 30 minutes?
