If you have a bin, a box, or shelf with a front face, you can make it easier to see what's inside if you cut a vertical slot or semicircle in the front of it.
This makes it a lot easier to see what's in the bin if it's something that you normally keep vertically stacked, such as:
- a stack of different types of wire coils
- sandpaper
- air filters
Consider also ignoring this tip:
Instead of stacking these items vertically, arrange them horizontally (standing on edge).
