If you buy large containers of supplies that go in bins, consider using very accessible small bins or organizers in your day-to-day, and refilling them from your less accessible big bins.
For instance, keep a small bin of frequently-used screws at the door of your truck. When it runs out, refill from your bucket that's usually hard to get to.
This helps you because:
- You can always make sure you have stock on hand by keeping the big screw bucket.
- The small screw bin is always easy to access.
- You (usually) don't need to bring the big screw bucket on the job.
